AéroNéo Algeria respects the privacy of its visitors, customers, partners and candidates. This policy describes how we collect, use, retain and protect the personal data you entrust to us.

We apply the principles of Algerian Law no. 18-07 of 10 June 2018 on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data, as well as international best practices inspired by the European GDPR Regulation.

We collect only the following data:

  • Contact form: name, email, message — to respond to your request
  • Open applications: CV, cover letter, professional data — for HR review
  • Press requests: name, media outlet, request — for editorial handling
  • Server logs: anonymized IP, pages visited, duration — for anonymous statistics
  • Technical cookies: session, language preference (FR/EN) — no advertising or third-party tracking cookies

Article 3

Purposes of processing

Your data is used exclusively for:

  • Responding to your commercial, press or application requests
  • Managing the pre-contractual or contractual relationship
  • Improving the website (anonymous statistics)
  • Complying with our legal and regulatory obligations

We do no advertising profiling and never sell your data to third parties.

Article 4

Retention

  • Contact: 3 years from last interaction
  • Applications: 2 years (unless deletion requested)
  • Server logs: 13 months maximum (legal obligation)
  • Technical cookies: session or 12 months

Your rights

Under Law 18-07 and GDPR principles, you have:

  • Right of access to your data
  • Right of rectification in case of error
  • Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")
  • Right to object to processing
  • Right to portability of your data
  • Right to withdraw consent at any time

To exercise these rights, write to info@aeroneo.dz with a copy of your ID. We respond within 30 days.

In case of disagreement, you can file a complaint with the Algerian National Data Protection Authority (ANPDP).

Our site applies high security standards:

  • HTTPS/TLS 1.3 encryption for all communications
  • HSTS (Strict Transport Security) with preload
  • Security headers (X-Frame-Options, X-Content-Type-Options, Permissions-Policy)
  • European hosting (Infomaniak, Switzerland) — subject to Swiss data protection law
  • Responsible vulnerability disclosure policy via /.well-known/security.txt

Our site uses only essential technical cookies (session, FR/EN language preference). We use no advertising cookies, no third-party tracking (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, etc.), no profiling.
