We unambiguously communicate the progress status of each of our accreditation files. Transparency is part of the standard we set ourselves.
Our stance
Many aviation operators advertise certifications before obtaining them. We chose the opposite: until a certification is formally granted, we communicate its actual status — 'process engaged' or 'under review'.
This transparency is no formality. It reflects an industrial requirement: we only ask our clients to trust our standards once formal evidence is produced. Below, the progress of each file.

Autorités algériennes compétentes
Demande de concession d'exploitation portant sur un site aéroportuaire de 300 hectares au sud de l'Algérie. En droit algérien, les infrastructures aéroportuaires demeurent propriété de l'État : la concession, si elle est attribuée, conférera à AéroNéo un droit d'exploitation industrielle, sans transfert de propriété. La procédure est en cours d'instruction.
EASA & FAA
Référentiel européen et américain de la maintenance des aéronefs : visites programmées, lignes et bases, traçabilité complète.
Autorités aéronautiques (instruction)
Autorisation requise pour la conversion d'aéronefs commerciaux de configuration passagers vers configuration tout-cargo (Passenger-to-Freighter).

Our commitment
Obtaining PART-145 EASA & FAA certification, a P2F authorization or an AFRA endorsement is not an administrative formality: it is a multi-year industrial process that commits the organization, processes, documentation and skills of the company over time.
AéroNéo Algeria has structured its program to progressively target every framework that makes up the international standard of maintenance, dismantling and cargo conversion. This roadmap is conducted in-house with quality-system rigor, supported by external experts where needed.
At each milestone, this page will be updated to reflect the actual certifications obtained.
Our Green Recycling activity follows the AFRA (Aircraft Fleet Recycling Association) Best Management Practices, the international standard for responsible dismantling. Obtaining ISO 14001 on environmental management is a priority objective — it structures our procedures.
Deploying the ISO 9001 quality management system supports the PART-145 program. EN 9110, the aviation-sector quality standard, is targeted for the maintenance organization.
