AéroNéo Algeria was designed from day one as both a school and a production facility. Our belief: world-class aviation skills can't be built without a real operational environment, and an industrial aviation site can't run without massively investing in human capital.
That's why our training center, attached to a partner university, is integrated to the industrial site. It's also why our operational teams blend confirmed international profiles and Algerian/African young graduates — each contributing to the other in an assumed transmission dynamic.
