The organizations and institutions listed here constitute the national regulatory and academic framework, along with the international frameworks we comply with. Planned partnerships will be announced as they are formalized.
Our ecosystem
Three concentric circles structure the institutional and regulatory environment of our activity: the Algerian authorities, the national academic institutions, and the international frameworks we follow.
Our activity is conducted under the supervision and the framework set by the national authorities. No operational partnership has been concluded to date — this is the regulatory framework within which AéroNéo operates.

Algerian aviation expertise is built on landmark institutions for which AéroNéo aims to be a natural industrial outlet. No agreement has yet been signed — these institutions form the academic ecosystem with which partnerships are envisaged.

Reference institute for Algerian aviation training: aeronautical engineering, propulsion, structures, navigation and operations.
Major scientific university, with mechanical engineering, materials and environmental programs directly relevant to MRO and Green Recycling activities.
Algerian technical school of reference for aviation technical training and maintenance.
School of excellence training engineers and technicians in related disciplines (mechanics, electronics, materials).
Our industrial program is aligned with the internationally recognized standards of the sector — a guarantee of quality, safety and interoperability with foreign operators and manufacturers.
Chicago Convention, Annexes 6 and 8 — international framework for civil aviation and airworthiness.
Air transport industry standards, in particular for technical manuals and aeronautical documentation.
European Union Aviation Safety Agency — PART-145 framework targeted for maintenance.

International standard for responsible aircraft dismantling and recycling; Best Management Practices applied to Green Recycling.

Outlook
Six families of partners are actively sought to support AéroNéo Algeria's industrial deployment. All discussions are under review and subject to the granting of our approvals.
Work-study and internship programs, supervision of theses and dissertations, applied research projects in maintenance, composite materials and aviation recycling.
Long-term MRO agreements — line and base maintenance framework contracts, fleet storage, redelivery — to be signed once PART-145 approvals are granted.
Boeing, Airbus, Embraer and their suppliers: capability lists, access to technical documentation, integration with approved-agent networks.
Long-term storage framework agreements, preservation programs, redelivery and mid-life check operations, in an exceptionally favorable climate.
Downstream channels for aluminum, titanium, composites and special alloys recovered from Green Recycling — logistics and industrial partnerships sought.
National agencies (ALGEX, ANDPME), sovereign funds, development banks and financial institutions aligned with Algeria's industrial strategy.
How to become a partner
Our process is deliberately direct: get in touch, qualify feasibility together, formalize an agreement.
Write to info@aeroneo.dz specifying the activity concerned and the nature of the partnership envisaged.
Technical discussion with our management, signing of a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) where necessary, sharing of initial materials.
Drafting a memorandum of understanding or a contract, consistent with the progress of our approvals and the industrial timeline.
Write to us indicating the activity concerned (MRO, storage, P2F, Green Recycling, training) and the type of partnership envisaged. Our management will get back to you within a few business days.
